We collect your name, phone number, delivery address, and order history when you place an order. If you create an account, we also store your email and password (securely hashed). We do not collect payment card details — all payments are handled on delivery.
How we use your data
Your data is used solely to fulfil your orders, contact you about delivery, and improve our service. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except where required by Zimbabwean law.
WhatsApp & communications
If you use our Quick Order feature, your order details are sent via WhatsApp to our team. This is processed by Meta Platforms. By using Quick Order you consent to this transfer.
Cookies
Our website uses essential cookies to maintain your cart session and remember your age verification. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Data retention
Order records are retained for 3 years for accounting and legal compliance. You may request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us.
